The tower eased its way back into its normal timeline, wiggling and shimmying to get the position just right. The ground and sky moved with it for just a moment, settling around the tower like a familiar suit of clothes, and then, as if nothing had happened, everything was back to what most people thought was the tower’s permanent way of being.
