Today I’m pointing you toward an excellent article in which artists of all types share how they connect with their creativity. I find it inspiring to hear how other people get creative — I hope you do, too!

I like to use experiences in my life from which to generate writing prompts. Each Monday, I post a new prompt, disguised as something else, such as this one:
A prompt disguised as eavesdropping: Next time you go out, find some strangers and write about their life. Best if you overhear part of their conversation (sometimes fact is stranger than fiction), but if not, go with it anyway. Write about their day or week up to this point. What brought them here today? Or write about the rest of their day. Where will it take them?
Thanks for the link to the article!
Great prompt, Amy! Thanks for sharing it.
