A Great Site to Help You Write

Quick post today to point you toward an interesting site: Word Count Journal.

After setting up a journal through the site, you write one word on the first day, two words on the second day, and so on. You can keep your journal private or share it with other readers.

This sounds like a great idea for slowly building up your writing muscle! And by the end of a year, you’ll have written 66,795 words.

Am thinking maybe I should use it to finish the novel I started writing for the Nano. It’s stuck at 10,000 words. I know where it’s going, I just can’t seem to get over the block that I’m stuck on. I can’t find the connection between where the characters are and where they will be in the third 10,000 words.

That site might just be what I need to get past the block. Mind you – it’s very slow to load on both my home and work computers. It just freezes for some reason 😦 … Will try again tomorrow 🙂

    Thank you for the link

That sounds like a good idea for working past a block, herby — tiny steps! I hope you got the site to load faster — it loads quickly on my computer.
