    Sandy,

    I love quotes! Thanks for sharing your favourites. My Henry David Thoreau pick is that “an early-morning walk is a blessing for the whole day”. I try to do this everyday because it makes me feel wonderful. I always bring something back with me to remind me how I felt e.g. a shell, a blossom, a branch or a feather. Recently I found a photo of myself at age 5 taken on a picnic near a river bank. I noticed that I had a single blossom in my hand and my sister’s hand in the other.
